My order was for the 2nd time in a row successfull. Good prices, compared to other webshops. Even cheaper than the Dutch sites autobandenmarkt.nl and bandenprijzen24.nl, which seems weird, because those 2 webshops and Epto share the same owner (Delticom AG), as far as I know. To order is pretty easy. I received an order confirmation almost right away. However, it seems to take long to ship my order to me, because it took a while before I received the shipment confirmation. I even received the tires earlier than the shipment confirmation. All that doesn't matter. The tires are new, not from last year, the prices are good, so I am a hppy costumer and will not hesitate to order for a 3rd time.
