Les envié un email para saber el estado de mi pedido y no me respondieron, ya que la fecha inicial de entrega que me daba el sistema era apenas 4 dias y al final fueron casi 8 dias y sin recibir respuesta por email alguna.

Muy contenta con las ruedas y con el servicio, cometí un error en la compra y me lo resolvieron rápidamente, sitio muy recomendable.

Prices were good, that's why I ordered. Website (and also this quetionnaire) is a mix of italian, engish and dutch. It was not clear that my tires would come in 2 seperate deliveries. When I called, the service desk agent spoke broken English. In the end he was able to explain I could expect a 2nd shipment. thank you.

Commande reçue sans problème. Pneus pas encore montés, mais aucun problème apparent. Prix très correct et livraison légèrement retardée par rapport aux promesses du site, mais seulement de quelques jours donc pas trop grave.
