Bonjour,
Pas de souci sur la qualité du pneu, le service de livraison est serieux le souci par contre est toujours le même avec les transporteurs il faut une personne pour les receptionner.

Bon pneu
Rien à redire, de très bon pneu, même neuf il attaque sévère. Tout en aillant quand même une garde pour pas glisser. Sinon mettent en confiance des le début

Dommage
Dommage qu’il me manquait une pièce pour le toit de l’abri du tobogan. Etant bien outillé(scie à onglet électrique et autres),rien de dramatique, mais les encrages pour l’abri à tobogan manquant, c’etait plus problématique... enfin bon pour le prix puis la livraison en cinq colis différents à l’emballage douteux,on va pas se plaindre, ça aurait pu être pire...

Buen producto calidad precio, transporte pésimo
Todo perfecto, excepto el transporte, siempre que Seur se encargue de los envíos, las entregas son interminables y desastrosas

Communicatie
Waarom in het Engels, ook communicatie op de website in het Engels. Dit moet ook in de taal van het land waar jullie adverteren. Nu een beetje terughoudend. Dit kost klanten. Maar ik ben tevreden over de levering.

Retour alleen in het Engels en te duur
Dat ik niet tevreden ben is alleen maar omdat retour zenden in het Engels moet (niet in het Nederlands) en dat de retour kosten veel te hoog zijn, omdat zelf retour zenden niet kan. (volgens mij mag deze verplichte retour wijze ook niet volgens de klantenbescherming, maar daar heb ik geen zin in om dat uit te zoeken)

we are sorry for his dissatisfaction, but we do not have a call center in Dutch but they are in English, the average costs of returning the goods are published on the site, in terms of sale, so they are not hidden costs.

The warehouses (logistics goods) are not in the Netherlands but are Germany / France / Italy / Spain, and for this reason the cost is not very cheap, but we hope to understand that if you send the products with your courier, the cost would be more high.
